Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 190 mg
Docosapentaenoic acid (DPA) 97 mg
Tocopherol (Vitamin E) 10 mg
Squalene 48 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Gelatin, Glycerol, Water.

Recommended Dose

Adults: Take 2 ~ 3 softgels 2 times daily or as directed by physician. Refrigerate after opening.

Children (under age 19 years): Take 1 soft gel twice daily with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
