Medicinal Ingredient

Glucosamine Sulfate 400 mg
Shark Cartilage 300 mg
Chondroitin Sulfate 200 mg
MSM 75 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients

Magnesium Stearate, Gelatin(Porcine)

Recommended Dose

Adult: Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Duration of Use

Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.
